The Headteacher and Local Academy Council are looking for a passionate and creative Deputy Headteacher to work well within our established team. This appointment will be part of a dynamic school and will help us continue our journey to provide exceptional educational provision for our pupils and families.

You will be an experienced senior leader committed to the school’s vision and ethos, embracing the opportunity to work as part of a forward thinking, innovative team and who will relish the challenge of moving a school forward.
You will be able to lead staff confidently and be able to mentor, coach and develop staff at all levels. Build good relationships with families and the local community, developing a collaborative model of practice across the school.
We are seeking someone who is open minded, willing to use technology, flexible, have a growth mindset; enjoy thinking out of the box, being creative and innovative and having an eye for detail. Most importantly of all you will want to make a difference to the lives of the young people in our care.
