Breakfast Club runs daily from 7.30am-8.45am.
We will offer children a choice of cereals, toast, or fruit with a drink of milk, water or fruit juice to accompany their breakfast. Please remember to inform us of any medical or dietary requirements your child has.
Please note we finish serving breakfast at 8.35am prompt to ensure children are taken to their classes on time.

After School Club runs daily from 3.15pm – 6.00pm, you may choose to do the first session or both if required.
We can offer children the following activities at the After School Club in addition to Room Activities:
The above activities are available 3.15pm-4.30pm (from Reception – Year 6 only). Places may be limited and allocated on a first come first served basis.
Room activities are also offered from 3.15pm-6.00pm.
Our facility benefits from access to a secure fenced outdoor area enabling children to take part in outdoor activities, weather permitting.
The clubs are staffed by a highly experienced, qualified and caring team who look forward to providing fun activities for your child in after school care.

We use a register system for before and after school club and your child will be ‘timed’ in and out as they arrive or depart. A password will be required for each child for security purposes.
To secure a place all bookings, and any amendments to bookings, must be placed by 2.00pm Friday of the school week before the session is required. This is to ensure consistency for all parents and the safety of our before & after school club and Pre-school and Nursery provisions. This allows us to ensure we have sufficient staff available for the number of children attending, taking into account their age and any activities. Any requests after 2pm on a Friday will be considered an emergency booking and must be approved by SLT. For clarity, we define emergency as an urgent, sudden, and serious event or an unforeseen change in circumstance that necessitates immediate action. This would be a scenario that occurs towards the end of the school day when there is no time to arrange any alternative childcare.
All payments must be paid a week in advance before sessions are taken through ParentPay or at a PayPoint.
If you require the same sessions each week for the whole term (or school year), you can complete one booking form. Please ensure you mark the form by ticking the box for continuous bookings until further notice in Option 1; you can then pay by Friday the week before your booking.
If your child is off sick or you decide to collect your child earlier than indicated on your booking form, no refunds will be given.
